VehicleManager component support

Sto provando ad installare il componente com_vehiclemanager_2_0_pro_2011_07_11.zip su piattaforma web esterna, non ho la possibilità di accedere al php.ini. l'errore generato è impossibile trovare pacchetto di installazione come posso fare per risolvere?
