Profile agent no show

I am configuring the component vehicle manager, and I have not been able to solve in the contact tab to leave the eprfil the agent with their respective photo, when I think the profile of agents with single member ship, I do not record the image and shows the profile their respective vehicle.

even when I put the user ID does not show me the contact form
