i need to know if there is a user profile management present in vehicle manager? what i want to do is to manage all the vehicles per user, limit the user to post only 150 vehicles. He can also update or modify its posted vehicle. Please let me know if there is any support regarding this...

In Vehicle manager there are not exist User profiler manager. If you need some that you may order that from Ordasoft through support form
In vehicle manager software Pro version - exist possibility for user add self vehicles from frontend and manage these vehicles. Please check ours Feature compare page.
Admin can edit all vehicles on site, every users only self
