Installed Farm Machinery template and Missing Demo

The quick start of the template does not include many of the things found in the demo. I also don't have a contact button or submenu items on the Agent menu item showing, even though they are all published. I'm not sure what the issue is. The login info that I sent you previously is still active so I can get these things fixed. Thanks!

I did, I sent a detailed email to you.
First, I appreciate your help, and love the look of your demo templates. I am frustrated though that my template is having so many issues. I install templates all the time and usually don't have so many issues. I would really appreciate your help. I understand we are on different time zones, but I was hoping to have this finished by Monday. I just want this to have the features as shown in the demo so I can complete the website.
I sent you the username and password info on the last email yesterday, so all that info is the same. Here is a list of the issues I see going on as of now:
None of the demo pictures are included on the template. Is that normal?
The Agent submenu items are not showing at all.
The Contact Menu item is not showing. This, as the agent menu, are both published.
The "Last Added" module published on the bottom is showing way larger than in the demo. I liked the way it was clean and small in the demo. I'm not sure why it looks so different.
The Up arrow on the bottom right does not work, and disappears on the screen.
The 1400X400 image module is not stretching as it is in the demo.
Finally, 3 items are now published int he "Our blog" but it's not aligned on the front page. The image to the left is not aligned as it is in the demo.
