I use layout "vacation" I need to change same value in CSS, and i Need to create a custom.css.

Where I can save the custom.css?

Dear GF

For add "custom css", simply way, edit default style.css
{your site}/templates/{your template}/css/style.css

You may do this as with help FTP and with help joomla
{your site}/administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&view=templates

Also please check options from our template
{your site}/administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&view=styles
