VM is broken in the front end and the back end with the recent Joomla update.

I see in your changelist that VM Release 4.1.47 PRO was released November 2018.

How does a paid subscriber actually download the updated version?

I just installed VM, but I have the same problem. An error 500 on the frontend and it blanks on the backend.
