Hello,
Where can i find the fields to show at the sales manager tab(contact agent? I have set show to yes but nothing shows up!!
I want name, email, phone and message to show

This depend from "Listing type" field, for this field possible only next values
- - not selected - we not show any request form
- for sale - we show "Buy request" form
- for rent - we show "Rent request" form
So if you have free version of Vehicle manager - and for "Listing type" you set "not selected" - you will not see "contact form"
