VehicleManager component support

I downloaded and installed the Pedaling Template and am using Vehicle Manager.

I installed the QuickStart package. It installed with PHP 7.4.33.

I am currently running it on my local machine.

WAMP Server
Apache 2.4.54.2
PHP 7.4.33
MySQL 8.0.31
MariaDB 10.10.2

Everything works great until I update the PHP version to 8.0.26.
I then receive a 404 error on the frontend.

On the admin area I receive the following:
An error has occurred.
0 spl_autoload_unregister(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function "__autoload" not found or invalid function name

Reverting back to PHP 7.4.33 everything is OK.

Please in system->manage->extensions
find shlib extension and remove it if it exist
