Hello

For hide "div" with caption "Specifications" in one vehicle show in joomla vehicles
Please add to your template CSS file below code:

.vm_maintitle {
display: none;
}

Juste another little question : how to unselect by default all the features when you add a new car in the all_vehicle page?

Sorry, I not understand your question.
By default when you add new car in our Joomla vehicles - all features unselected
