I searched the forum but couldn't find how to change an existing dropdown option to a simple text input. Is that possible?

Hello

You can't change "select list" field to "text field" in OrdaSoft Joomla Real estate

BUT
- WE not show at frontend empty fields
- Every "Text Field" - you may rename to other "text field"
- Every text constant or field or list field values or "mail message" in OrdaSoft Joomla Real estate you may change with help Real Estate::Language Manager
