Hello,

All text constant in Vehcile manager you may do in Lamguage files.

Please check below folder:
{yours site]/components/com_vehiclemanager/language

Please check ours Vehicle manager customization manual

For remove Tab - you need full redeisgn that output form.

If you need some special look and car work site, you need send custom version request - to ordaSoft team form - and we will create to you site - exactly as you wish
