VehicleManager component support

I've purchased VechicleManager PRO, installed locally and then uploaded to my server via FTP.
So the owner of the files of the server is my FTP user, not Apache User.
I've configured the Joomla FTP Layer so Joomla works fine, and I can modify vehicles data.
But when I want to upload a new main photo (and additional photo) I'm getting this errors in Apache's error log:

I can delete existing vehicle's photos, the problem is that I can't upload new photos. I'm pretty sure it's a permission problem with a temp dir. Were does the images are being copied?

True say, I not full understand how and what you move.

If you move - you was need move all files and database

Photos we save in
{yours site}/components/com_vehiclemanager/photos/

Hi. I've moved everything: database and photos.

My photos are there ({yours site}/components/com_vehiclemanager/photos/), and I can delete exising photos. But when I want to upload a new photo I get this error. Maybe is the copy function?
I noticed this error:
PHP Warning: copy() [<a href='function.copy'>function.copy</a>]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs:/tmp)

Where does you upload the temporary files to the server before copying it to {yours site}/components/com_vehiclemanager/photos/?

True say I not know where http server save self tmp files.

But as me seem - that must be good confugured.

Please try do backup copy old site(files with database), please do full uninstall Vihicle manager and again reinstall.
Please check how all work.

After that please recover Vehicle manager database (all tables with vehicles) and recover folder "photos"
