The button "Show edit vehicles" in backend is not accepting any command. Want it to appear only for the publisher

Please check my site. The login and password still the same.

Sorry "Show edit vehicles" - as me seam we haven't so button at backend !!!!
Please send screen shot.

Please check my site. The login and password still the same.
Sorry we not save database client site and access to them.
