When you install a component writes an error:

There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Unable to find install package

component com_vehiclemanager_2_2_pro_2012_11_07

Hello,

I think problems with upload_max_filesize
Please set that variable in php.ini to 4M or more
Size ours Pro version more big than free version, because in it more features.

Ors show that error to yours host provider and ours reply to it
