VehicleManager component support

I purchased a VM 2.2 Pro Package on 7 Jan 2013.

And i accualy have plan to purchase a VM template from you after success create a new custom field in VM Pro.

Please tell me for the list of your support for the customer that purchase a VP Pro 2.2 Package($59) as you post a product package on this page ordasoft.com/Forum/VehicleManager-compon...3-VM-Pro-package-2.2$56-no-support.html

I would like to know your support is only the problem?

I purchased a VM Pro 2.2 Pro Package for not only report the a VM Pro 2.2 error problem but how to create a new field of a new vehicle is my problem to us a VM Pro.2.2 component too.

When i was asked you, you reply me the same you was reply to other that use a VM component opensource version, and answer me "may i forgot the code", this is not a professional services and is not fair for my purchased a VP Pro 2.2 Package($59).

And i was compared with the other vendor becuase i would like you to know that you support is not fair for the customer that purchased a VM Pro 2.2 Package like me.

Until now i do not receive any guide of you for guide me the php code that how to create a new filed, Where is the support that different between a VM Pro Package and a opensource version?

2 Do you read custom Vehicle manager manual ?

3. You need install LIVE HEADER extension for Firefox

4. Do you check how work VIEW and TASK variable from requests ?

5 Do you checkde Vehicles tables ?

6 Do you checked file:
{yours site}
/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.class.php
There are all filed for vehicle, if you add new field you add it and there are and to database

7 Do you checked file:
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.php
There are controller, please by TASK variable - check functions - what responsible for Vehicle edit and show

8 Do you checked file:
{yours site}//components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.html.php

There are Layout, we run functions from realestatemanager.php

Hi, I've already the VM Pro 2.2 Mannual, it's the basic of manual of how to use the component, nothing about a how to create a new custom field in an add new vehicle.

And the below are not help me for start to create the custom field.

And today I've already read all php code file of VM Pro, Now I can hide, remove, delete or rename all field of a vehicle field, and i've already checked all database table field in phpMyadmin.

And the below even replace with "admin.vehiclemanager", Sitll nothing help me, this guide the same you was answered to someone that use VM via opensoucre version and it is still the basic logic or structure file of the component which not the logic of php code for create a custom field.

1. First of all you was need see how TASK workflow work, you was mast see function from controller ( file vehiclemanager.php) and from view (file vehiclemanager.html.php).

Please check that for any vehicle view, as example for View alone vehicle.
First you need turn of site SEF URLs.

That for frontend, exactly for backend

Do you installed Live header ? - it help see all request variable !!

2. Do you check vehiclemanager.class.php
There are defined al fields.

3 please select some fields, as example
"$vcondition"

and with help "grep" please do search through files Vihcle manager - with that you will see all places where we use it

so return to step 1, you will understand why we use that "vcondition" in that functions
