VehicleManager component support

Dear Ordasoft

I found VehicleManager in joomla.org, extensions.joomla.org/extensions/vertica...cmRhc29mdCI7fQ%3D%3D , when i saw the comments, yeh ordasoft is so very good support, then

I purchased VM Pro package 2.2($56) and hoped for a professional support,
My question is not too difficult for ordasoft admin but nothing response from ordasoft, Ref:

Why do someone buy this pro+ package with FULL SUPPORT when there is no support like a vm opensource version,you can reply me about how to coding add a custom field by personal email or mailbox but nothing response?,

We can't study to you how write PHP code, we may give only help, I an sorry, but we very often see when customers can't simply insert code from forum to self file. And asked from us "why all stop work when I added what ordasoft said?!".

Add custom field asked good understand PHP code and how Database work. If you know that - you will can add custom fields use ours Vehicle manager Custom Manual.

Again sorry, Free support - that only help how use ours components, we can't study PHP

You are should be have a mini custom manual for create a custom field coding for Vehicle Manger Pro for a customer, this is a basic function for a component that user can create a custom field not only use static field of the component or rename some field of the component, such as a Hot Property Pro that that have a custom field feature inside a component admin page.

Hot Property Pro - that CCK, it special created add new custom fields, it permit create any content type. So that it main feature. If it not do that - it lost main self feature!!!
But as result client need create all full self.
We in Vehicle Manager try give to user as much as possible. But as result for now we haven't some features

You only guide where should i place a code for creat a new field vehicle item in VM Pro.

Sample(see the picture below), in a new vehicle VP Pro, look at Description field, Yes you can create a Description field for a new vehicle in VM Pro Component.

The same like Description filed i 'am sure you can create more description field or textarea field or a second field of Description fileld in a VM, if you would like to create another one for Description field how and where you place the code in frontdend and blackend of VM Pro php files, and create a new table(may be copy a new table), Please, support and guide me only how you create a Description field including backend & frontend like yor create a description field in a vehicle section tab that i will understand for create more more field with myself.

Please only ask questions with problems what you have, any spam messages with some links what haven't any sens to questions - will remove.

Again, please not compare CCK components or developers forums with ours component.
We give component with some features, we not study PHP, HTML and other.
I show to you customization manual. So if you know PHP - you will can add any new field.

Again, that end product. You may add any thing to it, if you wish that. But we can't describe how from ours component create CCK . That alone big task.
