VehicleManager component support

Hi,

i have installed free vehicle manager plugin, and my client really like it as an upgrade to his current website.

Does this plugin support automatically import of an CSV file that will be constantly updated and located some where on the server.

How i need the plugin to work?
I will export an CSV file, upload it on the server (predefined location), and the plug in will automatically check if there is new version of the file and automatically import the date in the site.

Is this possible with the Vehicle Manager Pro?

It will be really nice if someone answer me or chat with me on Gchat or Skype.

Hello,

CSV import for Vehicle Manager work in full manual mode. You create CSV file and manual import it to Vehicle manager.

If you need do automatically import. You will need rebuild that and connect with cron

I bought the vehicle pro package as I am interested to import data from csv or xml.

Data come from another software : alphanum fields + picz.
And I have to make an automatic import into vehicle manager.

So far, i dont know a lot about export possibilities from the first software (both csv or xml, or just csv.

In the documentation of your component,
with csv method, there is nothing about importing process & requirements for images.
with xml method, there is no information about xml syntax & properties for both alphanum fields and images.

Can you please give me more information about that ?

To automate import, I am thinking at a cron task.

What are the requirements to setup this cron ?

If I had to ask you to help me out, how much would you charge me for that ?

For check how work import - you need do export, and in export file 0- you will see data structure
