Undefined variable on new, on editing etc

Hi,
I am getting error messages all the time:
on creating a new vehicle it is :
but the vehicle is created anyway
On editing the vehicle I get this error:
I can work in the fields of this vehicle, but when I click on "Save" this happens:
In the url is:
notice:%20Trying%20to%20get%20property%20of%20non-object%20in%20/var/www/vhosts/ezet-webdevelopment.nl/httpdo...r/0/save_add_vehicle
And I get this error message: Problem on loading page, the address was not understood (see attachment)
Can you please help me out on this one?
