is there a way to make a gallery with the upload photos in "Photo manage". I read some articles here, but I'm not sure if it's possible in the version.

I not full understand what you mean under "Photo manage", how that must work ?
You may access to all your photos with help FTP

I meant the section, where you set your vehicle main image. There is an option to upload more pictures. I would like to know how to use them.

Hello,
In vehicle manager - you may accept to one vehicle many images,
main image will show to use when he see category view, views in all modules or alone vehicle.
Other images show to user only when he see one vehicle as images gallery

Hello,
when I have one car opened, I don't see all pictures. There is only main picture. I have lots of pictures uploaded in "Photo manage" section. I don't see them, when I have only one car opened.

Please try default joomla template help that or not ?
May be error in yours template
If that not help:
