VehicleManager component support

Hello, i would like to ask where is a problem..I downloaded the VM and testing on my web page, but i just found an error, while clicked on the Rent Request button..you can see it here:

ops.2bcreative.cz/component/vehiclemanag...usive-5dr?Itemid=105

after you click on the button, it goes to a new page and there is everything scattered. I don know where is the problem, i tried to solve it but after about 2 hours of trying i reinstalled the component and tried this forum.
Can you help me please? I like the plugin so I hope its a small mistake somewhere

btw. when i click on the Buying Request button, it looks OK, and he request sent is fully working:

I can't reproduce your error.

Please download from our site last vehicle manager free version and please update your site frontent part

Please backup old files first
