VehicleManager component support

This is the error I am getting when I click on the language manager link in the admin:

SQL=INSERT INTO n10gp_vehiclemanager_const_languages (fk_constid,fk_languagesid,value_const) VALUES (, 6, 'All Vehicles Layout'

I am using Joomla 3.1
vehicle manager version com_vehiclemanager_3.0_pro_2013_10_02

maybe there are some files missing from the package file I downloaded after I bought it?
