I'm using the Service Station template and I have the contact form built the way I want it, but when I click "Send Request" it tells me that "Your request has been sent successfully", but I get no email notification. I can send a test email from the server tab in global configuration so I know the email works. I'm trying to find a way to configure this, but to no avail. What am I missing? I'm using the free builder that comes with the template FYI.

Service Station Joomla template is free Joomla template, we build it with help Free Version Joomla CCK - is Free Joomla CCK - haven't mail send support. You may see request only in admin panel. For have mail receive possibility - you need Pro Version of Joomla CCK

I bought pro but still can't get the contact form to send an email. I get no errors as far as I can tell. I can send a test email from the site no problem so I know the mail is working. I believe I have the MAIL field figured correctly, however, originally I was able to add fields from the +field button but now it won't let me. See screenshot.
