Joomla Real Estate

Hello,

I am looking for a Joomla Real Estate extension to be used as a RE Agencies
portal and I discovered yours.

I went through your website and documentation, however since there are some
20 features I need to fit my requirements, either I couldn't find all of
them or I do need some precisions.

Please find few of them below :

1) In the EU more and more countries are making the usage of e-invoices
mandatory, using UBL, CII and Factur-X formats.

Is this supported ?

Also is VAT supported ?





3) Is there an automated multi currency system (that will update the
exchange rates) ?

4) Do you include a mortgage calculator ?

5) Does the search module allow to display selected items only, under a
specific heading ?

Example, categories 1 and 2 only, properties types 3 and 4 only, a rents
only module or a sales only one etc.

6) Do you include a compare properties module ?

7) Are memberships time based ?

Any information will be appreciated.

First of all:
- when you create something big - you will not find all yours wishes in "Ready Product" - you will need add self some features. You my order from us so features as "Customization service"
- when you buy our Membership - you have or Bundle Package - you have access to all our extensions

Real Estate website you may create use or
- OrdaSoft Joomla Real estate - it only for Real Estate Website
or
- OrdaSoft Joomla CCK - it you may use for anything (and Real estate)

- In Joomla Real estate - we haven't invoice generator. YOu may use any so generator for Internet or order from Us as customization service
- in Joomla CCK we have PDF layout - so you may create Invoice generator self

Also is VAT supported ?
- In Joomla Real estate - we have only Prece, you may give more price details in Real Estate details
- in Joomla CCK you may create so many prices as you want and set price calculate structure as you want

2) Is there a hits feature to count them in each listing ?
I not understand what you mean. As example: we show Hints (how many times item show to clients - we have possibility connect Ads with this) and we show how many items in some category

we have this, but you self manual set "exchange rates"

WE have it , it is part of "Real Estate Package" or you may buy it as alone extension

Yes, You may "create menu to some search result"

6) Do you include a compare properties module ?
No

7) Are memberships time based ?
We have Joomla Membership extension for that.
