Hello,
We tested Free RealEstate-template on Windows 7 (64bit). All installed. And we were able to proceed to the second stage of the installation (Database). We used XAMPP Vers. 1.8.3-4 (Control-Panel Vers. 3.2.1) and Quick_start of Free Estate.
We have only problems with Apache module(it did not work, but we turned off Skype and it work).
