We have been using the Pro version for many years.

I have recently updated our Joomla to 3.9.3 (PHP 7.2)

None of our frontend booklibrary menus work any more- they just show a white page.

Similarly in the backend, all the component menu items are there but clicking anything (even About) produces a white page.

This is version 4.0.6 ShopPro version August 2017.

Please give me some idea of what can be done.

Hello

For every old clients, we give 50% discount for every new version of the BookLibrary
Please, write to OrdaSoft contact form (ordasoft.com/contact-us-form)

Before making any upgrades, make backup yours site( files and DataBase). With that you will not lost something important
Please do full XML export.
At first please check upgrade/update process at the test website!
Please install new component and modules without remove old.

When component is updated, the update overwrites the Component configuration, please check component configuration.

If you have custom changes of component or site, you can lose your changes.

Please, in that case do not make update.

Hello, I have now sent you a message for the coupon code to upgrade.

How can I do an XML export when every page in the Component (backend) comes up blank?

I do have full access to the files and database. I also have an offsite backup so I can test the new version. Unfortunately, the offsite backup is also not working at the moment even going back one revision to 3.9.2.
