I am sorry, but error with write file - that or hosting error, or that error with ypours some additional companet or plugins - what you use as firewall.
Because that we first move yours to yours host provider.

and if you real no wish move money to trash. Please give to us admin access to yours site and FTP access. True say some time need cPanel Access, because FTP access not always show real files/folders permissions. But FTP and site access that what we need as less.
