Joomla Gallery Support

Similar to other threads, have an issue with the lightbox in Google Chrome browser. Sometimes works fine, but sometimes the lightbox shows a narrow strip in the middle of the image of the intended image, with the background of the browser showing on the left and right of the strip - shown in below's screenshot. This works fine in other browsers such as IE, and so I believe it is a conflict with coding between the module and the coding of the Chrome browser. I have this installed on several sites, and 2 of them in particular have the same issues:
1) cybertrax.net/index.php/website-portfolio
2) dazzax.com/index.php/previous-work/websites

Any ideas?

I also have issues with non-standard sized images; the thumbnails crop the images and so this module is not suitable for over half of my projects. Is this deliberate? Only works effectively on rectangular images.

4.In admin area you able set size for images. OS Responsive Image Gallery is a simple module. It has easy settings and works well on desktops, mobiles or tablets.

Try set size for images or upload other images.

1) Item in question is OS Responsive Image Gallery FREE. This does not appear to be working correctly. I have not removed any copyright message, and am simply using it as downloaded from your website. I do not understand why I should need to add a copyright message manually, as this should show automatically within module.

2) Have emailed via contact form.

3) As using free product, license conditions relating to domain usage is irrelevant.

4) Appreciate advice. Agree that can change sizing for whole gallery, useful to distinquish between square and rectangular items. However, in particular, my logos portfolio consists of varying sizes of images - square, rectangular etc. I can only change the size of thumbnails for the whole gallery, so this is unsuitable. If you go to dazzax.com/index.php/previous-work/logos you will see what I mean, when I use a different module.

1) We will check copyrights. Maybe, it is issue of gallery.

2) We fixed issue with strip.

3) Besides, you use Gantry framework, and it influence for the work of gallery. Settings of gallery doesn't work. If we turn on default Joomla template, all settings work, images become in 3 row, as it set and so on.


We have settings for Thumbnails, but not for lightbox.

There is 2 solution:

1) upload images with the same size.

2) make with CSS changes, which allow display images in lightbox with same size.

Thank you for your help, module now looks to work fine on Dazzax site.
Are you able to say what you did? Would be good, so that I can make this work on other sites I design. I use the Gantry framework for most sites.

We have made changes in image.gallery.css file

location: dazzax.com//modules/mod_os_imagegallery_free/assets/css/image.gallery.css

you can install OS Responsive Image Gallery and replace mentioned file.

Before making any change make the backup of file.

At first please check process at the test website!

or you can zip gallery from dazzax.com and install in on other website.
