Joomla Real Estate Wishlist

I installed a fresh joomla 4.2.6 from joomla.org to my site. After installation everything work. Then i install the joomla_realestate_november_pro_j406_2022_02_14 and make this default. After this i get the 404 error.

We updated our november free real estate website template

Please download it and try again.

If you need delete template - you may remove it at
System->Manage->Extensions

BUT, You try delete not template, You try delete "Style" - and because this is last style for this template, Joomla show to you error:
Can't delete the last style of a template.

In Joomla "Templates: Styles (Site)" with help "Duplicate" button - you may create many Styles of one template, and there you may delete only these duplicated styles
