Joomla Real Estate

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I am running Joomla 3 with the standard quick start package provided free for the template "Real Estate November 2013" - ordasoft.com/Joomla_templates/Real-Estat...e-november-2013.html

I am have installed Spanish and made it default on the Joomla system.

I installed the languages for the RE component and followed all instructions.

Everything on the site translates to Spanish except RE. The Spanish translation is the one provided in the pack, no changes made. But even when I make changes (for testing purposes) on the English.php file the changes do not show at all.

On the back end I have this error on the "Language Manager" section.

Hello,

You have free version Real estate manager soft - with free version - go only one language - English
For add other languages to Real estate manager you need check
ordasoft.com/News/Real-Estate-Manager-Do...-estate-manager.html

after add languages to Real estate manager - all text you need change with help Language manager tab in admin part real estate manager,

For check where error - you need check
"All Houses Layout' - in all language files place with that constant

I had already delete the whole thing and re-installed again. Followed all instructions to install the languages and installed all the language packs for you component and for Joomla
I set Spanish as the default site language and set all content, modules, menu items, etc. to Spanish as well

I am facing two problems still:
1 - The search module does not translate in all sections; the main page and this http://vive-cancun.com/go/administracion-de-propiedades.html
2 - There is an error with the ordering in the categories section, it shows "_REALESTATE_MANAGER_LABEL_ORDER_BY " instead of the translation. Example: vive-cancun.com/go/component/realestatem...enta.html?Itemid=126
I already inspected the files and the line DOES exist in the Spanish.php file, it is exactly the same as in the English.php file but in the back end of Joomla, in the "language-manager" section it does not appear.

Can you help me?

I tried reloading the language but that did not work. I don't think the module has a problem with the language files, it translates fine in other sections of the site. But not in the home page.

The "constant" _REALESTATE_MANAGER_LABEL_ORDER_BY still does not show in Spanish in the back en...only in English. If you visit the category vive-cancun.com/go/component/realestatem...enta.html?Itemid=126 you will see what is the problem.
