I reloaded the language again from as you instructed. No changes, still the same problem. Any other idea?

It seems like this should be a standard feature, I don't understand why this is happening.

Hola los comonentes de realestate gratis tienen muchas limitaciones, hay cosas que no se pueden traducir.
el problema con el buscador es que es el gratis y no se traduce en todas las paginas, se recomienda usarse en nuna sola pagina o dos.
El problema de _REALESTATE_MANAGER_LABEL_ORDER_BY que no te traduce al español es que esa cadena no esta en la base de datos, antes de instalar el idioma spanish.php debes revisarlo y comparalo con el english.php y constant.php deben tener la misma cantidad de cadenas y en el mismo orden.
si instalas el quickstart el idioma ingles ya biene incluido en la base de datos de prueba.

Si sabes manejar la base de datos puedes traducir algunos elementos directo en ella, agregar cadenas de texto etc..

This is exactly my problem also!

I have tried to install RealEstateManager Pro on a new site with fresh database but the buttons and everything in the Manager is wrong.

_REALESTATE_MANAGER_LABEL_CATEGORY All categories RSS _REALESTATE_MANAGER_LABEL_HOUSES

This is what everything looks like where there should be text or a button!

So, there must be something wrong with the Pro edition!

I use Joomla 3.2 and the installer and installing is working fine.

Why do the Free Edition work fine but not the Pro Edition.
It's the availability of a client to add a house or a flat by themselves we are looking for otherwise I would have used the free edition.

I have also as I wrote to you earlier installed pro on a fresh testsite I have with the same errors..
