also Category - you may create it as menu item but may go to there from other category - what do there ?

I already sent you admin access, 2 times
- we not collect access to sites our clients
- we do support to our clients only by forum or by email - which client use for order create.
From your email - on our site - we see only 1 email with your order detail.
- for refund: please write to us with order detail, use email which you use for order create.
