Joomla Slider Support

Hello!

We bought the module on January 27th.
So far everything has been going well.
But due to the change of the webspace from web19.transwatt.de (test website for nobody so accessible) to Transwatt.de (realseite) the registration has been lost.
When I tried to download the module a second time, I probably decided to buy a new one. Of course I didn't pay for this. There has been no response to an e-mail so far.
What can I do?

Please check, you have 1 site license. So if you wish install OrdaSoft Joomla slider to yet one site you need buy yet one license.

If your old site - is test site, please first deactivate license here and activate to new site.

After update Ordasoft Joomla slider Please clear cache, Press Ctrl+F5
