When Google will start translate placeholders, we also will translate this
translate.google.com/translate

Only in Redirect method - we define every things, but it most difficult configure

translate.google.com/translate 1 - Can this code help to implement the Placeholder translation into SEF Translate?

We added placeholder translate for Javascript site translate to SefTranslate ordasoft.com/sef-translate-joomla-translation-component

You need turn on redirect site translate.
