Joomla Translate module support

Hi,

Free version and Pro version - look very like but aims for Pro version more
extended.
So Pro version have more requirements, before that all will not do - it will
not work.

I show for you main errors what need fix for SefTranslate start work, all these
errors depend from you or your host.
We agree help fix every, but for some thing we need help from your support,
We self can't change(check) your host config settings
