Hello Taras,
Thanks for your response but I did see your "Terms and Conditions" page but found no reference to which specific license was used for the Pro version. Your Joomla listing shows "GPLv2 or later" for your basic (free) version.
The reason for my concern is that some of your "Terms and Conditions" appear to be contrary to the GPL. Under the GPL anyone can resell and use the software on any number of sites. Your "Terms and Conditions" say otherwise.
Typically what many developers do is sell a limited time support package but the software is required to be available for down load by anyone if it's GPL. Others have their "pro" version (different code) under a different license that is more restrictive.
Thank you,
Mike

Hello,
Thanks for your reply but I'm still unclear about whether or not your extensions are under any GPL.
I do understand and agree that you should profit from your hard work but I also have a problem with claims of being open source when it's not actually true. You can be under the GPL and make money.
My understanding tells me this is a clear violation of the GPL -
"1. Subscription Plans
Each Subscription Plan includes specific numbers of licenses. Each license gives you the right to use the product on one site. Site means DOMAIN. Make sure that you only use the permitted number, It is not permitted to use our products on more than the allowed domains. If you have more sites using our products you must remove them on the other sites. "
Are any of your extensions under any GPL? If yes, which ones and which GPL license?
Thanks,
Mike
