You need in module manager, for "search module" to set some position which you show to me.

as example: com_realestatemanager_nothing_found_house_01

And you will see module in this position.

By the way.
If you in your Real estate search module, in admin, in settings, tab advances, param "Custom class name", remove "_main_search", your search will stop fill full template width
