I am sorry, Please use some another serever for create screenshots, This site show to me broken page.

If you mean copyright link at bottom of OrdaSoft restaurant website template, for change this you need:
1. go to admin->extensions->templates->styles , there select "cck_gourmet - Default"
2. In template settings, select tab "Copyrights" and there add your "Copy rights" or remove this

How to remove or not display the background image? And I see that this is a picture. I think it is output by some kind of Java script.

What you mean ? If you remove it there will need add something. Please replace this images with your images.

1. For set image under Contact Us, you need with help FTP, replace image:
{your site}/images/gourmet_bg_3.jpg

2. For set image under "Our Chefs", you need with help FTP, replace image:
{your site}/images/gourmet_bg_2.jpg
