Please send supper admin access to Contact Form - and detail description: how we may reproduce this error.

we will try fix this. BUT some time this impossible without FTP

This is the tree. If I click on the arrow in the mobile menu, the menu item "User menu" is clicked and I get to view my profile. Isn't that the case for you?

I not see on your website the file: custom.css
In folder:
yours_website/templates/
But I have inserted a custom.css. I'm sure it got lost when you installed the template for me.
