I keep getting a redirect loop and cannot access the membership page to download the Book Library (just purchased). The direct link to the free version (outside the membership page) works, but the membership area is inaccessible for me to download my purchase. Tried with IE, FF, and Chrome. I also activated the membership account through the e-mailed link upon purchase.
Help appreciated.

Hello,
If you subscribe for Joomla Standard and Developer membership you can download there. But if you buy one product, you can not download in that way.
If You buy one product, you will receive a link for download.
Specify the name with which you made the purchase and email and we will send you a link. Send this to a contact form.
