When I go to "Components > Single Membership > Settings" I get a blank screen.

With Error Reporting turned on to Development Mode I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'die' (T_EXIT) in /home/kelleypb2006/public_html/dev/administrator/components/com_simplemembership/toolbar_ext.php on line 1 



Could you please tell me how to fix this?
