How can i translate the fields of the subscription form (address 1, city, region, etc etc)
I cannot find the language file for these fields

How to translate any text (for example, the registration field in SimpleMembership) of a third-party extension.
1. Go to the:
System->Control Panel->Languages->Overrides->Click "NEW"
2. Enter text you want to change (address 1, city, region, etc etc). Choose "Value" in selector "Search For". Click "Search". If nothing is found - Choose "Constant" in selector "Search For". Click "Search".
3. In Search Results, click on the required constant.
4. Enter the required value in the "text" field.
