I need help finding the files to translate the user profile forms. What are they and where are they?

Thanks so much for the help Andrew.
I have been able to translate most of them, however, in User Profile there are only a few texts that I have not been able to translate (my_account, Edit Account, Name, Username, accdetail, MemberGroup, Update button and accompanying text Fields marked with an asterisk (* ) are required)
Can you help me with that?

COM_SIMPLEMEMBERSHIP_EDIT_ACCOUNT
COM_SIMPLEMEMBERSHIP_PROFILE_NAME
COM_SIMPLEMEMBERSHIP_PROFILE_USERNAME
