I have installed CCK pro with the simple membership extension. After that I have created a subscription plan.
If someone subscribed to a subscription plan and click add to card the user registration formular is displayed. I have filled in all required data. and I get registered with the plan I wanted. The admin has to approve my registration manual. But how can I pay? I don't get directed to the payment modul.

For receive payment in Joomla membership, you need:
1. Install and enable payment plugin
2. in Joomla Membership setting configure setting in tab "payment"
3. in your membership group, set "approve user after his payment"

Thank you for the information. I followed your instruction and it works. But I stell get some error messages (see the attached photo)

Another question: How can I let the customer choose which payment method they want?
At the moment the admin can only choose one payment method and the customer has to follow the admins choice. either paypal, 2checkout or stripe. How can the customer choose the payment method?

These is not errors - these are warning, you may turn off show warning in your global settings->error report. But any way we will fix this.

With set 2 and more payment ways, I am sorry, we haven't this. This need add.
Now your clients may pay use payment method which admin set in admin area
