Yes, I created a custom field and renamed it VIN. My client also has a stock ID number that I use ID field for.
Is there any way to insert the Custom Field with the Specifications div so that it receives the same styling? As it is, it stands below the bordered box and looks somewhat out of place.

I meant Vehicle ID is used for stock ID number and custom field is used for VIN. The ID field to the left of the Vehicle ID when vehicle listings are viewed in the backend is auto-incrementing and cannot be change, correct?

Now I see that the Custom Fields are formatted with the wheel base and other Specifications, so I guess it's not really necessary to worry about formatting.

Hello,
1) We have option for Vehicle ID field in Global Settings (VehicleManager : Settings)
YES if you want to use VehicleID auto-increment. NO if you want use manually entered VehicleID
2) If you want get your own look of VIN field you can write on our contact form and ask about customization service.
