I have a client that needs to upload new vehicles and remove old vehicles from his site that uses the
Vehicle manager.

What do I need to do learn what version he had and get updates if needed.

Are there any special tools, etc.. needed to manage the site?

Hello,

For see how VehicleManager work
You need install Joomla, you need install ours component for that. And check how all work.
