Hello, yes I did send the enquiry TWICE from your webpage and there is an ERROR after you submit the form! As explained also above. Please fix your contact form. I also asked for a copy to be sent to submitter and never received the email.

I complete the 'rent request' form and no email is being received. The image below shows the set up in the admin which appears o be all correct. Any idea what the problem could be?

Hello,

I complete the 'rent request' form and no email is being received.
Please check your mail setting - in Joomla global setting. If there are all good - emails must send. You may check that if send email with help email send for any article

With Ordasoft contact form - for me all good(I checked right now), And for our customers also. What browser you use ?
Please check that again

If for you not work joomla default mail send, - please write to your host provider and ask how you may configure that

I know how to configure the Joomla default mail sending which is PHP using the same email as the component. It doesn't work so it would be helpful if you take a look????
