In SimpleMembership component for Create Joomla Membership (ordasoft.com/os-simple-membership-joomla-membership-extension)
For show UserProfile fields, we use "SimpleMembership Profile Plugin"
Please go to Joomla Plugin Manager and there select fields which you need.
You may rename fields with help Joomla Language Override.

Due to european law users need at least imprint and privacy policy. as text or as a link to it.
How can we insert fields to the profile to realize this? And description should me made with a wysiwyg editor.. ?

Hello
In Simple membership, fields in User Profile, you may enable with help plugin "Simple membership User Profile"
There please enable field "Terms of Service Link:", and insert to there link to your "Term and conditions"

Hello,
can you add more fields? For example in the eu you need at least 1 or 2 wysiwyg text areas (editors) for imprint/contact, privacy policy, cancellation policy, os platform information and so on... Without that, the sellers get massive legal trouble..

For add new fields you need add them to:
{site}/plugins/user/plg_simplemembership_user_profile/profiles/profile.xml
{site}/plugins/user/plg_simplemembership_user_profile/plg_simplemembership_user_profile.xml

Or every user will self and so links in editor field ?
