Completely New Version of Joomla Slider

We've worked hard during last time to release a completely new and brand Joomla slideshow with a range of significant features and improvements. Apart from responsive design, drag & drop and touch enabled features that were available in the previous version of Joomla Slider, we are glad to present visual frontend editor, new transition effects and effects builder, possibility to add rich captions to slides and many more new and exiting features for Joomla Slider. Let's have a look on them in greater detail.

1. Added Frontend Visual Editor

In new version of Joomla Slider was developed frontend configuration panel that allows configure slideshow and see changes in the real time. You don't need now make changes at the administrator side of website, go to frontend, reload page there and then again go to backend. All changes applied to responsive touch slider, now take effect immediately that's very handy and saves a lot of time.

2. Unlimited transition Effects

Now Joomla Slider supports more than 30 stunning transition effects and also includes transition builder for custom animations (PRO version only). Create beautiful animated slides either by choosing from a list of effects or creating your own unique effect.

3. Added styling options for captions

Make beautiful slides without Photoshop and code knowledges. The most important features for text customizing are available in new version of Joomla Slider. It's possible to control Font Family (selection from 20 the most popular and beautiful Google Fonts - Open Sans, Roboto, Slabo, Lato, Roboto, Condensed, Oswald, Source Sans Pro, Montserrat, Raleway, Roboto Slab, Lora, PT Sans, Josefin Sans, Dancing Script, Satisfy, Cookie, Playball, Great Vibes, Rochester, Lobster), Font Size, Font Weight, Text Color, Text Padding, Text Block Width, Backgroung Color, Border Width, Border Radius, Border Color.

4. Drag and Drop Feature Improved

Upload images with Drag & Drop, reorder images as you want and move elements and texts within slides easily with your mouse.

5. A bunch of new options for Joomla Slider

In Responsive Image Joomla Slider were added a list of optins, divided into two sections - general and advanced. There can be modified number od images per slide, slider direction, autoplay control, pagination type, mousewheel control and many more. Release of Vehicle Manager v.3.8

new features and security improvements

We are glad to pres ent version of Vehicle manager - car rental software with new features, that were awaited by many our clients, like changing browser title and making Search module more flexible. So let's have a look at changes made in Vehicle Manager v.3.8:

1. Changed behavior of Browser Page Title

In new version of Vehicle Manager 3.8 we've changed the behaviour of browser page title creation. Now it displays the menu title by default and also it's possible to change browser page title in tab Page Display when edit menu item.

02. Added Captcha for Booking and Sales forms

In Settings of Vehicle Manager v.3.8 (Settings -> Frontend Settings) you can enable Captcha for booking and contact forms displayed on the properties description pages. Also this option can be applied for selected Joomla user groups.

03. Added new update algorithm

The update algorithm was modified and now you can clearly see the version of Vehicle Manager in About section.

We've added protection against SQL injections to Vehicle Manager. SQL injection is a technique in which an attacker inserts malicious code into strings that are later passed to a database. To avoid such injections were made a set of works so that VehicleManager v.3.8 is more secure.

06. Updated Module Featured for Vehicle Manager

In Vehicle Manager v.3.8, we've added setting for making Featured module responsive and mobile friendly. By using percent option, your Featured module will fit for different screen sizes.

07. Updated Google Location Map for Vehicle Manager (Layout with search)

Now it's possible to set the default address, range and category. Also you can specify selected vehicle in Location Map with Search with help of its ID.

08. Added fully support of sh404SEF component

Now sh404SEF plugin is encorporated in Vehicle Manager v.3.8, so you don't have to install it separately. After installing sh404SEF component you'll be able to use it for pages generated by Vehicle Manager.

09. Added new settings for subcategory

Now users have ability to show or hide subcategories in category view of Vehicle Manager v.3.8.

10. Added new fields for email notifications

In Vehicle Manager v.3.8 we've increased the number of available information, that can be sent in email notifications. Now you can specify in your emails:

• {title} - title of rent vehicle
• {answer} - declined or accepted
• {username} - the name of the user who requested a vehicle
• {owneremail} - the email of the vehicle owner
• {ownername} - the name of the vehicle owner
• {user_email} - the email of the user who requested a vehicle
• {user_mailing} - the mail of the user who requested a vehicle
• {rent_from} - rent vehicle from date
• {rent_until} - rent vehicle until date
• {customer_phone} - customer phone number
• {customer_email} - customer email
• {customer_comment} - customer comment
